CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position;
- Good organizational and communicational skills;
- Proficiency in English.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- Organizes the execution of construction works as per the technical project, norms and regulations in force and to the client’s requirements in order to complete the works in due time;
- Organizes all activities inside of site;
- Responsible for the quality of the works and ensuring that any remedial works due to non-conformity are executed within reasonable period;
- Coordinating staff and labour on site;
- Liaison with the subcontractors, the Design team and the Client;
- Liaison with the Local Authorities on matters regarding permits, authorizations;
- Coordinating the concrete poring activities on site.
