CANDIDATUL IDEAL:

Profilul psihologic:
- proactivitate;
- abilitati de coordonare;
- abilitati de comunicare;
- rezistenta la stress.
Profilul profesional:
- studii superioare - Facultatea de Constructii Civile si Industriale;
- experienta minim 5 an;
- cunostinte de limba engleza - nivel mediu;
- cunostinte Microsoft Office.
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
- organizarea, coordonarea, verificarea si evaluarea activitatii firmei;
- stabilirea obiectivelor generale de dezvoltare ale firmei;
- participarea la elaborarea bugetului firmei;
- identificarea oportunitatilor de afaceri (monitorizarea pietei si identificarea tendintelor de dezvoltare).
