CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mid Rise/High Rise Residential Construction Experience
10 years minimum
Knowledge of coordinating a development project from conceptual plans with the A/E team, permitting phases, bidding process with GC through final construction closeout
Team leader able to manage General Contractors and Subcontractors and office/field personnel
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Must maintain project schedules and budget control overruns
Able to prepare and review budgets, contracts and scopes of work with staff
Must have an "eye for detail" in high quality finishes and construction
Salary commensurate with experience
Must relocate to Bucharest, Romania
