CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
Mid Rise/High Rise Residential Construction Experience
2 to 5 years minimum experience with General Contractor
RESPONSABILITATI / BENEFICII:
Assist Project Manager with all necessary tasks relative to Architect and Engineer coordination, permitting phases, and bidding process with GC through final construction closeout
Prepare and maintain budgets and schedules for the Project Manager- (Excel and Microsoft Project)
Process Shop drawings from the trades and logs
Check all lab reports (concrete, soil etc)
Prepare bid packages from General Contractor and analyze trade bids in accordance to budget
Blueprint plan maintenance and upkeep
Able to analyze contractor and subcontractor scopes of work, process change orders
Must understand local codes and permitting process in Bucharest, Romania
Salary commensurate with experience
